摘要
分析和阐述了实验室仪器设备二级管理模式的重要性和存在的问题,并就实验室管理中仪器设备及时维修保养、仪器设备报废、仪器设备动态管理和设立仪器设备维修管理论坛等方面,科学地提出了改进的措施和方法。对加强实验室仪器设备管理效能、提高设备管理的科学化、促进教学质量的提高、改进实验室仪器设备管理人员的水平有重要的借鉴意义。
This paper has analyzed and expounded the importance and existing problems of the second level management mode of laboratory equipment.Especially,we have proposed the scheme to improve the mending,scraping,dynamicly managing laboratory equipment and establishing the forum of maintenance,management of instruments and equipments,which is significant to promote the management efficiency,scientific management,teaching quality and managers＇ ability.
