摘要
高校设备采购管理是仪器设备管理的一个重要环节,影响设备采购的因素众多。该文分析了设备管理的现状和存在的问题,从设备全生命周期管理模式的角度,对设备采购管理进行探索,分别分析了设备的准备期管理、采购期管理、使用期管理、处置期管理,最后提出了加强采购管理措施的建议,旨在提高采购效益,保障供应,更好地为学校教学科研服务。
The purchase management is an important link of themanagement of laboratory instruments and equipment in colle ges and universities. The situation and problem about the management of equipment are analyzed, from the entire lifecycle man- agement mode, the purchase management of equipment is discussed, and the management respectively in preparation phase, purchase phase, application phase and disposition phase are analyzed. The suggestion to enhance purchase management is pro vided in order to improve the purchase benefit, ensure the supply, and serve the scientific research better.
