摘要
分销渠道的管理过程中,厂商可以与分销商进行一个较好的合作关系,从而实现相互间的优势互补,这样能把渠道的竞争力提高到一个新的水平,这是适应不断变化的市场环境的有效手段,文章对厂商与分销商博弈环境下的渠道管理进行了简要分析。
In the process of the distribution channels" management, manufacturers can establish a good cooperated relationship with distributors. So that they can achieve mutual complementary advantages, as well as increase to the new level and this is a good way that manufacturers can adapt to the environment that changing quickly, this passage has made a simple analysis on the channel management of manufacturers and distributors in the game environment
