摘要
目的观察超声乳化术治疗合并闭角型青光眼白内障临床效果。方法自2007年6月至2010年10月期间共收治闭角型青光眼合并白内障52例(64眼),在表面麻醉下行透明角膜切口的白内障超声乳化术。结果眼压:64眼中61眼术后眼压正常(95.31%),术后视力较术前明显提高,房角与术前相比均有不同程度改善。结论在急性发作期及间歇缓解期病例眼仅仅只需做白内障超声乳化术就可达到青光眼治疗效果。慢性进展期的早期病例眼行白内障超声乳化术部分病例可获得满意疗效。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of phacoemulsification for angle closure glaucoma with cataract. Methods From June 2007 to October 2010, there were 52 cases of patients with angle-closure glaucoma complicated with cataract, who underwent transparency corneal incision cataract phacoemulsification by topical anesthesia. Results The recovery rate of intraocular pressurewas 95.31%, andisual acuity and angle were improved. Conclusion The treatment of gery in preclinical phase,paracmasia and the glaucoma can get satisfactory outcome by phacoemulsification sur- early cases of chronic progressive patients.
