摘要 对双低杂交油菜黔油 12号的母本 SAB- 3进行植物学特征及核不育系的可育株和不育株的开花期、花器官特性的对比研究。结果表明 :(1) SAB- 3根系发达 ,叶色深绿 ,丰产性好 ,抗性强 ,营养生长期较长 ;(2 ) SAB- 3的可育株花蕾、花瓣和雄蕊均比不育株的长、大 ,有利于初花前后识别和及时拔除可育株 ;(3)可育株比不育株开花早 3~ 14d,平均早 5d,拔除可育株安排在 SAB- 3群体开花约 10 %时开始 ,有利于 10 d内分 2~ 3次将可育株彻底拔除。 The characters of the RGMS SAB 3 which is the female parent of Qianyou 12 were studied, and the blooming stage and flower organ were compared Between the fertility and sterility plant in SAB 3. The results showed: (1) SAB 3 had the characters of strong root system, dark green leaves, high yield potential, good resistance and longer stage of vegetative growth. (2) The flower buds, petal and stamen of fertile plant were longer and thicker than those of sterile plant in SAB 3, so the fertile plant could be easily distinguished and uprooted around first flower. (3) Blooming date of fertile plants was 3 to 14 days (average 5 days) earlier than that of sterile plants. Fertile plants should be uprooted after 10% plants had bloomed in SAB 3, and be finished by 2~3 times within 10 days.
