摘要
本文扼要介绍了用细胞核雄性不育两用系S45AB转育双低两用系,以及用新育成的双低两用系试配双低杂交组合的初步结果。试验表明,用S45AB与双低品种或品系杂交,能有效的育成双低两用系。同时,新育成的双低两用系,具有同样广泛的恢复源,这为选育双低杂交油菜打下了良好的基础。
This article is a summary introduction with preliminary result of transferring S45AB into double-low GMS line and using new-bred double-low GMS line to make double-low combinations. It has been proved that double-low GMS line can be effectively developed by using S45AB to cross with a double-low cultivar or strain and these new-bred double-low GMS lines have the same more restoring source . This makes a good base to breed double-low hybrid rape.
