摘要
目的探讨责任分区模式在综合性医院门诊输液室应用的效果。方法 2012年5月起宁波大学医学院附属医院输液室将120个座位分为3个责任区,并对3个责任区患者的输液操作、观察与健康教育等实施小组包干,护士长或责任组长进行监督。比较责任分区模式实施前后,患者输液意外发生率和患者的满意度。结果实施责任分区模式后,患者输液意外发生率明显下降,患者满意度有明显提高,与责任分区模式实施前的差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论采取责任分区管理模式可以增加护士工作的责任心,有效减少输液意外的发生,提升患者的满意度,保障了输液安全。
Objective To explore the effect of duty-region oriented management in outpatient transfusion room. Methods Totally 120 seats in the outpatient transfusion room were divided into three areas, and nurses were arranged to three groups for corresponding regions. The head nurse or the team leader is the supervisor. The infusion accidents, the incidence of safety risks in transfusion room and satisfaction of the patients before and after the implementation of the management were compared. Results After this scheme being carried out, the infusion accidents and the incidence of safety risks in transfusion room decreased obviously and patients' satisfaction also improved significantly (P〈0.01). Conclusion Duty- region oriented management can promote nurses' sense of responsibility and enthusiasm,improve patients' satisfaction and reduce the infusion accidents.
