摘要
目的了解军队医院护士对军事护理任职教育的需求,为进一步科学推进军队医院护士任职教育提供依据。方法采用多阶段随机抽样方法抽取10所军队医院在职护士共2800名,使用"临床护士军事护理任职教育需求问卷"对其进行无记名调查。结果 94.0%的护士有进一步提升军事素养的需求,95.7%的护士认为需要进一步拓展和提升军事护理知识与技能,其对军事护理任职教育需求排在前5位的为:战创伤现场救护(98.5%)、常见意外伤害的紧急救护(98.5%)、常见急性中毒的紧急救护(98.5%)、突发公共卫生事件的应急救援与护理(96.6%)和伤病员现场一线病情观察与分类(96.5%)。结论军队医院护士亟需通过任职教育进一步提升和加强军事护理素质和能力,科学设计适应现代卫勤保障和军队医院护士自身需求的军事护理任职教育模式及课程势在必行。
Objective To explore the demands of continuing military nursing education for clinical nurses in the military hospitals and to provide the scientific evidence for nursing continuing education. Methods With stratified random sampling, the Questionnaire of Continuing Military Nursing Education for Clinical Nurses was used among 2,800 clinical nurses from 10 military hospitals. Results Totally 94.0% of the clinical nurses had the demands for enhancing their military accomplishment. 95.7 % of the clinical nurses had the expectation for themselves to learn more knowledge and advanced techniques of military nursing. Most of the clinical nurses had strong demands for renewing nursing knowledge and enhancing capabilities of first aid techniques of battle wound, trauma, accidental injury and acute poisoning （98.5%）, rescue of public health emergencies （96.6%）,observation and classification of the wound in battlefield （96.5%）. Conclusion Nurses in the military hospitals should enhance their military accomplishment and military nursing capabilities. It is imperative to design scientific model and curriculum of continuing nursing educa- tion according to the demands of military medical service and nurses＇ expectation.
