摘要
新疆北部矿产资源开发过程中普遍存在生态环境破坏问题 ,这些问题既有共性又有特殊性。从对区域生态环境的影响范围来看 ,国营大型厂矿影响较大 ,民间砂金采矿影响较小 ,县级企业居中。从对典型区域生态环境的破坏程度来看 ,民间采矿最严重 ,其次是县级企业 ,大型厂矿较轻。从地域上来看 ,阿尔泰地区问题最多 ,其次是伊犁地区。针对上述问题提出相应对策。
There are existing many ecological environmental problems in the process of mineral resources exploitation in the northern area of Xinjiang, such as: breakdown natural landscape, destruction vegetation, water loss and soil erosion , water and soil pollution. These problems have either common character or particularity. From the area of influence for the region ecological environment, the national large-scale factory has more influence than the county enterprise, and folk gold dust mining is smaller. From the degree of destruction for the typical region ecological environment, the folk gold dust mining is the most serious than the county enterprise and the national large-scale factory is slightest. From the district, there have more problems in the Aertai Area than in the Yili Area. According to these ecological environmental problems, some countermeasures for the mineral resources exploitation were provided in this paper.
