摘要
人口、环境、资源是21世纪的三大主题．本文重点对采矿活动引起的对矿区资源和环境破坏的几个方面作了阐述，提出了一些相应的治理措施和意见，并对一些主要技术措施作了介绍，同时根据我国近几年矿区环境保护和治理的规状及存在的问题提出了几点建议．
Population, environment and resources are three big topics in the next century. This article specially expounded several fields about damage of the resource and the environments in mining area caused by mining activity, advanced some relevant administering measures and suggestions,introduced some main technital measure,put forward a few suggestion according to our country's current situation and existing question in mining area's environment protecting and administering.
