摘要
针对以往验证弹丸可靠性方法导致的实验结果不准确的问题,提出一种弹体强度可靠性分析方法。对火炮发射过程中弹体在膛内的应力和强度的变化规律进行分析,得到弹体强度失效模式的概率特征,建立有限元数学模型,并运用应力-强度干涉方法,通过蒙特卡罗法模拟其失效概率,分析影响弹体强度的各种参数,得到输入参数对输出参数危险截面上最大应力之间的相互关系。研究结果表明:该研究可缩短研究设计的周期,为弹体强度可靠性分析提供理论依据。
Aiming at the problem that the projectile reliability analysis method causing test result error, put forwards a reliability analysis method of projectile intensity. Analyzed change rules about stress and intensity in process of artillery shooting, obtained probability characteristics of projectile intensity failure model, established finite element mathematical model, apply to stress-intensity interference method, simulate failure probability by Monte Carlo method, analyzed parameter which influence projectile intensity, obtained mutual max stress relation between input parameter to output parameter danger section. The research result shows that the research can shorten research design cycle and provide theory base for projectile intensity reliability analysis.
