摘要
以非线性瞬态动力学理论为基础,并以测试材料参数及膛压曲线为依据,建立了某高速弹丸发射过程中的力学仿真模型;应用数值仿真分析方法,对该模型进行了发射强度仿真和分析,得到了某高速弹丸在发射过程不同时刻的强度参数结果,计算结果与实弹实验结果基本吻合。结果表明,所涉及内容及方法可以为今后该弹丸的改进及同类弹丸发射强度研究工作提供了理论参考与依据。
Dynamic simulation model of a certain high speed projectile in launching process was established based on non-linear transient dynamics theories, tested material parameters and bore press curve. Launching intensity of this model was simulated and analyzed using numerical simulation methods. Simulated results of intensity parameters at different times were obtained, which matched with experimental results very well The content and method could be offered for theory reference and basis for the improvement of this high speed projectile and launching intensity research work of similar projectiles in the future.
