摘要
本文利用胶束电动毛细管色谱-扫集技术(MEKC-sweeping)对三种磺胺类药物甲氧苄啶(TMP)、磺胺嘧啶(SD)和磺胺甲噁唑(SMZ)进行分离测定。确立了优化的实验条件,电泳电压:-20 kV,重力进样:20 cm,检测电位:1.1 V,电泳缓冲溶液:H3PO4(25 mmol/L)-SDS(40 mmol/L)。在优化的实验条件下三者能快速的分离,SD和SMZ的检出限可达到10-8mol/L水平,并成功用于实际样品环境水样的分析。
A method based on micellar electrokinetic capillary chromatography (MEKC) combined sweeping and amperometric detector was developed for the simultaneous determination of sulfonamide antibiotics. Optimized experimental conditions were established that electrophoresis voltage was -20 kV, gravity injection was 20 cm, detect potential was 1.1 V, and electrophoresis buffer was H3PQ(25 mmol/L) - SDS(40 mmoL/L). Under the optimum conditions, the limit of detections (LODs) of trimethoprim, sulfadiazine and sulfamethoxazole reached to about 10^-8 mol/L. The method had successfully performed in the analysis of fiver water.
