摘要
选取油污处理厂长期受油污污染的土壤进行富集化培养,并以柴油石油烃为唯一碳源分别对稀释105、106、107倍数的样液进行筛选、驯化、检验后得到对柴油石油烃具有分解作用的石油降解菌,在大型容器中对该细菌扩大化培养,在实验室环境下对于石油烃有较好的降解作用,可以使含油废水中的石油烃浓度显著下降。
Soil contaminated with oil for a long time in an oil processing plant was selected to got enrichment cultivation, and diesel oil hydrocarbons as sole carbon source, respectively for dilution multiples 10^5, 10^6, 10^7, after screening, domestication, inspection of the sample fluid for diesel oil hydrocarbon oil degradation bacteria with decomposition, to spread the bacteria cultivation in large containers, in a laboratory environment for petroleum hydrocarbon had good degradation effect, and can make the oily wastewater of petroleum hydrocarbons concentration decreased significantly.
