悬浮污泥过滤法用于污水精细处理的试验研究 被引量:6

摘要 为了满足低渗透油藏对注水水质提出的更高要求,开展了悬浮污泥过滤(SSF)处理油田污水的试验研究。在分析SSF污水净化器结构及工艺原理的基础上,阐述了SSF工艺技术先导试验工程的污水处理工艺流程、设备及设计参数、系统运行中水质监测分析,以及系统运行过程中主要问题和解决措施。该项试验技术经济效益的初步分析表明,处理1m3污水的总费用为0.28~0.41元,在运行费用相当的情况下,与其它处理方法相比,该方法处理后的水质有明显提高,可完全满足低渗透油藏对注水水质的要求。 To satisfy the requirement of the quality of injected water in exploiting low-permeability reservoir, an investigation in the technology of oilfield sewage treatment by suspended sludge filtering (SSF) method is made. Based on an analysis of the structure and operating principle of the sewage purifier, the pilot test engineering of the SSF technology is introduced, including the process and equipment and design parameters of the sewage treatment technology, the monitoring and analysis of water quality, and the main problems and countermeasures in the course of the operation of the system. In the end, the technical and economic analysis of the SSF technology is made.
