摘要
师幼关系是影响幼儿园教育质量的重要因素之一。建立良好的师幼关系对儿童的智力、人格和社会性发展具有十分重要的意义。本文主要从师幼关系的内涵、意义入手,探讨建立幼儿园良好师幼关系的策略,以便为相关老师提供有效借鉴。
Teacher-child relationship is one of the important factors influencing the quality of kindergarten education. Establish good relationship between teacher and has very important significance for intelligence, personality and so- cial development of children. Connotation, relations between the main teaching young the significance of this paper, to establish a good relationship between teacher and the kindergarten strategy, in order to provide effective reference for teachers.
