良好家园关系是幼儿教师与幼儿家长之间通过沟通交流而建立起来的合作关系,良好家园关系对于幼儿、家长以及教师的发展都具有积极意义,幼儿园与家庭之间应采取多种途径进行有效的合作互动,建立起和谐良好的家园关系,才能更好地搞好幼儿教育工作,从而促进幼儿健康成长。
A harmonious family-kindergarten relationship is a cooperative relationship built through communications between teachers and parents,and it is of positive significance to the development of children,parents and teachers.Therefore,the kindergarten and the family should adopt various approaches to implement effective interaction,so as to build a harmonious familykindergarten relationship,and promote children＇s healthy growth.
