摘要
失地农民的生活状况在目前来看是不容乐观的,妥善地安置失地农民,帮助他们脱离生活窘境,为他们提供切实有效的社会保障措施,完善相关制度体系建设等任务迫在眉睫。政府毋庸置疑地成为完成这些任务的主力军,通过解决就业、养老、医疗等问题实现对失地农民社会保障体系的构建。
Currently, the living condition of the land - lost farmers is not optimistic. Making appropriate arrange- ments for the land - lost farmers, helping them out of difficulties in life, providing them with feasible and effective so- cial security measures, and improving relevant system construction is extremely urgent. Government undoubtedly functions as the main force to complete these tasks, which, by addressing the issues such as employment, pension, medical care, etc. can establish farmers＂ social security system.
