摘要
全球化是人类历史发展的一次综合性"变革",不但深刻影响着各国政治、经济、文化等众多领域,而且直接变革了国家与个人的传统关系,特别是全球化改变了国际、国内社会环境,给国家与个人的传统关系带来了新的困境。探讨的目的是针对全球化带来的新困境,旨在建构一种能够应对全球化挑战的国家与个人的新型关系。
Globalization, a comprehensive ＂transformation＂ in the course of our history, not only has a profound impact on politics, economy, culture and many other fields, but also directly changes the traditional relationship be- tween nation and individual. In particular, globalization has changed the international and domestic social environ- ment, bringing about new difficulties to the traditional relationship between nation and individual. Our aim is to build a new relationship between nation and individual to meet the challenges of globalization.
