摘要
我国物流人才的缺乏已严重制约了国民经济的快速发展。高职物流人才的培养和教育将面临新的挑战。高等职业院校作为培养技能型物流人才的关键力量,必须积极构建基于工作过程的系统化课程体系,强调工学结合的教学改革,确保高职物流管理专业学生的综合能力和综合素质有效提升。
In China, the lack of logistical talents has restricted the rapid development of economy seriously. We will be thced with new challenges in cultivation and education of higher wocational logistical talents. Higher voca- tional colleges as the key strength in the cultivation of logistics skilled talents must structure systematic curriculum system hased on working process actively, emphasize the education innovation of work-integrated learning,and to ensure the effective promotion of comprehensive ability and overall quality of students.
