摘要
目的:了解清远市产妇产褥期情况,为健全产后保健措施提供参考依据。方法:对2012年8-12月在清远市妇幼保健院进行产后复查的产后42d产妇进行体检。结果:在1320例产妇中,乳量不足占40.23%,白带异常占14.85%,恶露不净占11.51%,宫腔异常率、血色素异常率、宫颈炎分别为6.67%、6.52%、1.74%。结论:清远地区产后42d产妇的健康不容乐观,应建立有效的产后妇女保健运作机制,促进妇女产褥期的健康。
Objective To explore the health status of postpartum 42 days maternity,and to provide the basis for establishing an effective health protection measures for postpartum maternity.Methods A medical check-up was carried out among the postpartum 42 days maternity,who visited Qingyuan Women and Children Hospital from Auqust to December 2012.Results Among the 1 320 postpartum maternity,the prevalence of lactation insufficient was 40.23%,abnormal leucorrhea was 14.85%,lochia ungodliness was 11.51%,abnormal uterine was 6.67%,abnormal hemoglobin was 6.52%,and cervicitis was 1.74%.Conclusion The postpartum 42 days maternity in Qingyuan had a poor health status,and an effective measures for the maternal care should be established to improve the health during the puerperium.
