摘要
目的探讨通过改进产后访视的工作方法提高访视的质量,保障母婴的健康。方法将2011年9月～2012年11月的108例辖区内的访视对象定为实验组,选取2011年9月前的访视档案108例为对照组,将两组的相关指标进行比较。结果实验组的母婴患病人数明显减少,人均访视次数增加1.2次,产后访视合格率达到100%。结论改进方法后的产后访视工作提高了工作质量,保障了母婴的健康,推动了社区围生期保健工作的发展。
Objective To investigate the quality of improving visiting work effect through upgrading postpartum visiting work mode, for protecting the health of the mother and baby. Methods One hundred and eight visiting objects within jurisdiction from September 2011 to November 2012 were assigned as trial group, while 108 visiting archives before September 2011 were selected as control group. Related indexes of both groups were compared. Results The number of mother and baby who fell ill was significantly reduced, the number of visits per capita increased by 1.2 times, and the pass rate of postpartum visiting reached 100%. Conclusion The improved postpartum visiting work can enhance the quality of work, protect the health of mother and baby, and promote the development of perinatal health care work of community.
