摘要
目的 :比较内窥镜术和柯陆氏术治疗慢性鼻窦炎的疗效。方法 :2 0例患者术前、术后上颌窦腔粘膜组织学分析及临床疗效观察。结果 :鼻内窥镜术后粘膜上皮细胞排列整齐、纤毛数量增多、均匀 ;杯状细胞减少 ;腺体囊状扩张消失 ;炎症细胞浸润消失或明显减少。临床观察内窥镜术治愈率高于柯陆氏术。结论 :内窥镜术治疗鼻窦炎较柯陆氏术更为有效。鼻窦粘膜的组织学改变也可作为鼻窦术后疗效的判定。
Objective:To compare endoscopy maneuver with Caldwell-luc operation for the treatment of chronic.sinusitis.Methods:Histology of sinus mucosa were analyzed in 20 individuals pre and post operation.Result:After endoscopy maneuver the epithelial cells queued in order and the cilia increased in number.Chalice cells decreased;adenoid cystic dilated and inflammatory cells disappeared or lessened.The result showed that the cure rate of endoscopy was more effective than the Cadwell-luc operation. Conclusion:Endoscopy maneuver was more effective than Cadwell-luc operation and study on histology change of mucosa can be recommended as useful method in determming effect of operation. [
