摘要
目的探讨鼻内镜手术治疗非侵袭性真菌性鼻窦炎的临床效果.方法对238例非侵袭性真菌性鼻窦炎患者中的120例用鼻内镜手术治疗,另118例采用常规治疗,比较二种方法的疗效.结果鼻内镜治疗组120例中,一次性治愈119例（治愈率99.2%）,术后复发3例（经再次手术治愈）.常规方法治疗118例中,治愈95例（治愈率80.5%）,复发11例.结论鼻内镜手术治疗由于鼻腔和鼻窦内解剖异常而引起的非侵袭性真菌性鼻窦炎,一次性治愈率高,且复发率低.
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of endoscopic sinus surgery for the treatment of noninvasive fungal sinusitis. Method The data in January 2005-2010 jan 238 cases of noninvasive fungal sinusitis treatment group,120 cases with nasal endoscopic surgery,leaving 118 as conventional group,using conventional method for the treatment, the treatment results were statistically compared and analysed. Results In 120 cases of nasal endoscopy group,119 cases were cured in one-time treatment,with the cure rate of 99.2%,3 cases had postoperative recurrence and were cured with second surgery.For the conventional treatment group of 11s cases,95 cases were cured,with the cure rate of 80.5%,11 cases had recurrence. Conclusion Nasal endoscopic surgery has a high one-time cure rate and low recurrence rate for the noninvasive fungal sinusitis caused by anatomical anomalies in nasal and sinus.
