人脑胶质瘤金属硫蛋白表达的生物学意义 被引量:4

摘要 目的 研究金属硫蛋白 (MT)在人脑各级胶质瘤中表达的生物学意义 .方法 利用免疫组织化学方法检测 48例胶质瘤手术标本中金属硫蛋白及增殖细胞核抗原 (PCNA)的表达水平 ,比较不同级别胶质瘤中 MT的表达与胶质瘤级别的关系及其与 PCNA相关性 .结果 随着胶质瘤级别的增高 ,MT和 PCNA的表达率逐渐升高 . MT在脑胶质瘤中的表达率分别为 级 38.0 % , 级 46 .7% , 级 6 6 .7% , 级75 .0 % .低恶性度组 ( ~ )与高恶性度组 ( ~ )胶质瘤中 MT的表达有显著性差异 (P<0 .0 5 ) .胶质瘤中 MT L I与PCNA L I呈正相关性 (r=0 .82 3) .结论  AIM To study the biological significance of the expression of methallothionein (MT) in human gliomas. METHODS The expression of MT and proliferation cell nu clear antigen (PCNA) was observed by immunohistochemical methods in 48 formalin fixed paraffin embedded gliomas sections and compared with the histochemical grades of gliomas respectively. RESULTS Expression of MT was significantly increased with the increasing of the grades of gliomas malignancy. The expression rates of the MT were: Ⅰ 38.0%, Ⅱ 46.7%, Ⅲ 66.7%, Ⅳ 75.0% respectively. The levels of MT between low malignant group (Ⅰ~Ⅱ) and high malignant group (Ⅲ~Ⅳ) were significantly different ( P <0.05). A close relationship was seen between the labeling indices for MT and those for PCNA ( r =0.823). CONCLUSION Expression of MT is of some significance in evaluating the pathological grades and biological behavior of gliomas.
