摘要
应用前臂皮瓣游离移植行软腭恶性肿瘤根治术后全软腭缺损再造４例，皮瓣全部成活，成功率１００％。术后６个月至５．５年随访，恶性肿瘤未见复发，再造软腭外形满意，不臃肿，患者不恶心，进食无障碍，吞咽不返流、不呛咳。但留有腭咽关闭不全，说话时有明显的鼻音。
Four patients wit hwhole soft palate defect were reconstructed with the forearm free flaps following radical neck dissections. The success rate is 100%. The patients were followed up from six months to 5.5 years. The follow up information showed: no recurrence on the soft palates was detected, and the
