摘要
目的:探讨分析经尿道膀胱肿瘤行电切术后的临床疗效和护理措施。方法:96例膀胱肿瘤患者分为治疗组48例,采用经尿道膀胱肿瘤行电切术治疗;对照组48例,采用耻骨上经膀胱肿瘤行切除术治疗。结果:手术后,治疗组在术中平均出血量明显少于对照组(t=9.5206,P<0.01);手术用时明显短于对照组(t=5.7215,P<0.01);导尿管耗用时间明显少于对照组(t=7.1762,P<0.01);以及住院时间明显低于对照组(t=8.3066,P<0.01)。同时治疗组的各种不良反应发生率明显低于对照组,具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:经尿道膀胱肿瘤行电切术具有出血量小、手术用时少、复发率低及节省费用等优点。
Objective： To investigate and analyze the clinical efficacy and nursing interventions after transurethral resection for bladder tumor.Methods： The 96 cases of bladder cancer patients was divided into treatment group and control group by the treatment measurement.Treatment group include 48 cases,which were treated by transurethral resection;Control group include 48 cases,which were treated by suprapubic resection.Results： After treatment,The average amount of bleeding during surgery of the treatmeat group was less than control group（t=9.5206,P0.01）;The operative time was shorter than control group（t=5.7215,P0.01）;The catheter elapsed time was shorter than control group（t=7.1762,P0.01）;And the length of stay in hospital was less than the control group（t=8.3066,P0.01）.The incidence of adverse reactions of treatment group was less than control group（P0.05）.Conclusion： Transurethral resection for bladder tumor has many advantages,such as a small amount of bleeding,fewer surgical,lower incidence of adverse reactions and cost savings.
