摘要
目的：探讨经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术（TURBT）治疗浅表性膀胱肿瘤的手术体会。方法：采用TURBT治疗膀胱肿瘤100例,并定期随访1~10年。结果：采用TURBT治疗膀胱肿瘤的平均手术时间为35 min,术中无严重出血,术后无严重的并发症。结论：TURBT治疗浅表性膀胱肿瘤创伤小、痛苦小、恢复快、并发症少,可作为浅表性膀胱肿瘤的首选术式。
Objective： To evaluate the experience in surgical treatment about the transurethral resection of superficial bladder tumor.Methods： For 100 cases of bladder tumor were treated by TURBT,and these patients were followed up for 1 year to 10 years.Results： The average time of TURBT was 35 min.None of the patients suffered from severe haemorrhage and severe operative complications.Conclusion： TURBT could be the first selection for superficial bladder tumor with litter trauma because of less pain,fast recovery and less complications.
