摘要
用甲醇作为溶剂,提取柑橘皮中黄酮类化合物.在模拟人体的生理条件下,采用荧光光谱法研究牛血清白蛋白(BSA)与黄酮类化合物的相互作用.结果表明,黄酮类化合物浓度在1.0~10.0μmol.L-1范围内,它与牛血清白蛋白的荧光强度之间符合关系式If=-34.552c*+434.66,相关系数R2=0.9308.两者之间有一个结合位点,结合常数为5.18×105L.mol-1,猝灭常数Kq=3.99×1013L.mol-1,相互作用过程属静态猝灭.
Flavonoids were extracted from the orange peel using methanol as solvent. The interaction between bo- vine serum albumin (BSA) and flavonoids was studied by fluorescence spectroscopy under the physiological conditions of simulated human body. The linear ranges were 1.0 ~ 10.0 μmol · L^-1 and the linear equation If = -34.552c * + 434. 66 and R2 = 0. 9308. The binding constant for the binding site between BSA and flavonoids was calculated to be 5.18 × 10^5 L ·mol^-1. The quenching constant was calculated to be Kq = 3.99 ×10^13 L ·mol^-1.
