摘要
设施蔬菜长期种植引起的诸多问题严重威胁设施蔬菜可持续生产。本文依据辽宁省324个设施蔬菜种植农户调研数据,考察菜农对设施蔬菜可持续生产的认知与行为,并运用Heckman probit选择模型实证分析菜农可持续生产行为决策的影响因素。结果表明:多数菜农对设施长期种植不利影响与可持续生产行为具有一定认知,但在采用具体措施上,菜农多注重短期效应,可持续生产行为仍较为缺乏。户主文化程度、家庭设施种植面积、与村民交流、获得技术信息渠道、加入合作社、农技人员指导、参加培训与观摩对菜农设施蔬菜长期种植不利影响的认知有显著正向作用;户主文化程度、家庭总收入、农技人员指导、参加培训与观摩对菜农可持续生产行为决策有显著正向影响,而户主年龄、与市场距离则对行为决策呈现负向作用。因此,政府应通过加强对菜农的宣传、技术培训和指导,充分发挥合作社作用,提高菜农收入等方式促进设施蔬菜可持续生产。
Long-term conventional cultivation of vegetables in greenhouse causes problems which seriously threaten sustainability of vegetable production by using facilities. Based on the survey data from 324 vegetable farmers in Liaoning Province, this paper discusses farmers' recognition of adverse effects from conventional cultivation and the sustainable production behavior. Factors that affect farmers' adoption behavior of sustainable production are identified by using Heckman probit selection model. The results show that most farmers have the recognition of adverse effects caused by long-term planting in greenhouse and sustainable production practices, but they focus on short-term effects in the adoption of specific measures and the adoption level of sustainable production is still low. The education level of householder, the acreage of planting in the greenhouse, communicating with the villagers, the channels of obtaining technology information, joining the cooperatives, the guidance of agricultural officers and participating in training play a significant role in promoting the farmers' recognition of adverse effects caused by long-term planting in greenhouse. Among factors influencing farmers' adopting sustainable production practice, the education level of householder, the total household income, the guidance of agricultural officers and participating in training have a significant positive impact, but householder' s age and the distance from the market present a negative role. Therefore, government should give more publicity, training and technical instructions to farmers, give full play to the cooperatives' role, improve farmers' income to promote the sustainable production of facilities vegetables.
