“运动处方式”体育教学在初中生体育与健康课中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 将2010和2011级初一新生编为对照组和实验组,分别进行正常体育教学和"运动处方式"体育教学,在1学年的体育教学前后分别对两组学生进行身体机能测试.测试结果显示:"运动处方式"体育教学更有针对性,学生的身体机能提高较快.研究表明初中生的体育与健康课程要针对不同学生的健康状况组织教学,以促进学生身体机能全面发展. The freshmen of Classes 2010 and 2011 in a junior middle school were casually divided into control group and experimental group. Normal sports teaching was performed in the control group, and correspondingly," Sports Prescription" physical education in the experimental group. Through the body function test to two groups after one-school-year teaching, the result shows that "Sports Prescription" physical education is more targeted. The student body function improves rapidly. Conclusion is drawn that physical education and health curriculum in junior middle schools should be carried out according to the differences in physical condition among students, which helps to promote the physical function to the all-round development.
