摘要
通过对天津大学3个班160名男大学生进行的不同综合运动处方的实验研究,着重探讨和研究了增强男大学生体质的最优化模式。结果表明:不同运动处方都可在一定程度上改善男大学生的身体机能能力和身体素质,以耐力为主的运动处方在发展和提高男大学生身体机能,改善体质上效果最为明显。
This paper explored the optimiztion patterns to improve the physical fitness of college students, through investigating the testing of 160 male students on Grade One in Tianjin University by the integrated sports prescription. The test was based on the teaching of three types of integrated sports prescription to find the adaptive prescription to improve the physical fitness of students. The results of this study indicated that different fitness prescription can improve male college students' physical function and physical fitness, and the stamina prescription had the most affection to improve college students' physical function and quality.
