摘要
以4,4′-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI)、聚乙二醇(PEG)和1,4-丁二醇(BDO)为原料合成聚氨酯弹性体,采用流延法制备了热熔胶膜。考察了预聚反应的温度、时间对聚氨酯弹性体性能的影响,并对预聚体中NCO含量、异氰酸酯指数(R)、聚醚多元醇的种类以及相对分子质量等进行了探讨。确定了最佳反应条件:反应温度为(80±5)℃;反应时间为1.5~2.0h。预聚体中NCO质量分数控制在9%~10%,R值取1.02,选用相对分子质量为1 500的PEG制备的热熔胶用聚氨酯弹性体性能优异。
The hot-melt adhesive type polyurethane elastomers were synthesized by the method of prepolymer based on polyethylene glycol (PEG) .4,4-diphenylmethane diisocyanate (MDI) and 1,4- dihydroxybutane(BDO) ; the hot-melt adhesive film was prepared by casting process. Effect of prepoly- merization time and temperature was examined; the appropriate reaction condition of prepolymer was (80-4-5) ℃ and 1.5~2 h. Effects of the percentage of--NCO in prepolymer, the moler ratio of--NCO and OH, the type of polyol molecular, different molecular weight of polyethylene glycol were explored; the time of post cure was 4h with the temperature 130 ℃.
