摘要
本文在聚氨酯的合成过程中,减少扩链剂的用量,使过量的—NCO基团与聚合物链上的上的氢反应,从而产生支化点,结果表明,减少扩链剂用量对聚氨酯的应力应变性能产生十分显著的影响.小角激光光散射的研究表明,产品的亚微观结构是无定形的。
By reducing the amount of extender, we have prepared polyurethane with branching points as a result of reaction of excessive-NCO groups with the hydrogen atoms ofNHCOO-groups in polyurethane chains. The highest elongation at break is 2200%,which is 2~3times higher than that by ordinary synthetic method. The study of low angle laser light scattering indicates that polyurethane has amorphous pseudomicrostructure. In addition, the determined results of solubility indicate that all polyurethane samples in this paper are soluble polymers with different branching extents.
