摘要
进行了异戊烷溶剂体系合成稀土异戊橡胶聚合工艺的研究。考察了催化剂用量、温度、单体质量浓度和时间对异戊二烯(IP)聚合反应和聚合物结构的影响,确定了异戊烷溶剂体系聚合工艺条件:每克IP催化剂用量(1.5~2.0)×10-6 mol,聚合温度50℃,ρ(IP)=10g/dL,聚合时间3h。制备的异戊烷溶剂体系的稀土异戊橡胶产品质量与己烷溶剂体系的相当,达到了国外同类产品水平。
Polymerization process of rare-earth isoprene rubber was studied in the isopentane solvent system, and the effect of catalyst amount, polymerization temperature, monomer concentration and polymerization time on polymerization and polymer structure was investigated. The polymerization process conditions in the isopentane solvent system were determined as follows:catalyst amount (1.5 -2.0) )〈 10-6 mol/(g IP), polymerization temperature 50℃ ,monomer concentration 10 g/dL, polymerization time 3 h. The quality of rare earth isoprene rubber synthesized in the isopentane solvent system with that in hexane solvent system was equivalent,and reached the international level of similar products.
