摘要
对吉林石化公司稀土异戊橡胶(JH-01)、天然橡胶、俄罗斯异戊橡胶SKI-3和SKI-5这4种不同橡胶的基本性能进行了评价。结果表明:吉林石化公司稀土异戊橡胶具有良好的性能,其硫化特性与俄罗斯异戊橡胶SKI-5基本相同,焦烧时间长,可操作性好;其硫化胶拉伸强度与俄罗斯同类产品和天然橡胶相当,定伸应力与俄罗斯SKI-5基本相同;加工工艺性能与俄罗斯同类产品和天然橡胶基本相同。
The basic properties of rare earth isoprene rubber made in Jilin Petrochemical Company（JH-01）,NR and isoprene rubber made in Russia（SKI-3 and SKI-5） were investigated.The results showed that JH-01 has good basic properties.The curing property of JH-01 was similar to SKI-5,Mooney scorch time of JH-01 was longer and the machinability of JH-01 was better than those of NR and SKI-3.The tensile strength of JH-01 was near to those of NR and the tensile stress at a given elongation of JH-01 was almost as same as that of SKI-5.The processing properties of JH-01 reached to the level of NR and similar foreign products.
