摘要
从泸州老窖酒糟中分离纯化得到1株产纤维素酶酶活较高的细菌,酶活为210.9 U/g。结果表明,在紫外线照射4 min与亚硝酸钠4 g/L的复合诱变条件下,该菌酶活达到261.7 U/g;纤维素降解率由原来的40.45%升至69.09%;发酵酒糟还原糖含量由原来的0.16%升至2.16%。蛋白质含量由原来的11.45%升至17.85%。
A bacterial strain with high yield of cellulase was successfully separated from the distiller's grains of Luzhou Laojiao (the activity of cellulase was 210.9 U/g). As the strain was multi-muated with UV (4min) and sodium nitrite, the activity of cellulase increased to 261.7 U/g, the degrading rate of cellulase increased from previous 40.45 % to 69.09 %, the content of reducing sugar in fermented grains increased from 0.16 % to 2.16 %, and the content of protein increased from 11.45 % to 17.85 %.
