摘要
[目的]观察不同组方祛痹镇痛凝胶膏对胶原性关节炎大鼠的治疗作用。[方法]体重100g SD雄性大鼠96只,随机分出空白对照组,其余大鼠注射牛Ⅱ型胶原诱发胶原性关节炎,再随机分成模型对照组,A贴膏组,B贴膏组,基质对照组,阳性膏对照组,以足跖肿胀度、关节炎指数、血清牛Ⅱ抗体浓度为指标,观察不同贴膏穴位敷贴对胶原性关节炎大鼠的疗效。[结果]治疗15d后,与模型对照组相比,关节炎指数A贴膏组与B贴膏组极显著减小(P<0.01),足跖平均肿胀度与血清牛Ⅱ胶原抗体B贴膏组均极显著降低(P<0.01,P<0.01),A贴膏组均无显著性差异。[结论]祛痹凝胶膏B贴膏对大鼠胶原性关节炎具有较好的抗炎及免疫抑制作用,A贴膏对大鼠胶原性关节炎疗效较差。B贴膏处方优于A贴膏,可做进一步深入研究。
[Objective]To observe the therapeutic effect of Qubi analgesic gel paste of different prescriptions on collagen-induced arthritis in rats.[Method]96 100-grammale rats were randomly divided into two groups. One was the blank group and the other the collagen-induced arthritis（CIA） model group which were induced by injecting bovine collagen Ⅱ .The CIA model group was randomly divided into model group, A paste group, B paste group, black matrix control group and the positive group.An the rats were examined by swelling volume of paw, arthritic index and anti-type Ⅱcollagen antibody level, to observe the therapeutic effects of Qubi analgesic gel paste of different prescription acupoint apphcation on rats with CIA. [Result]After fifteen days of treatment, compared with the model group, arthritic index of A paste group and B paste group significantly reduced, swelling volume of paw and antitype Ⅱcollagen antibody level of B paste group decreased markedly.A paste group had no significant differences . [Conclusion]B paste of Qubi analgesic gel paste with acupoint apphcation on collagen-induced arthritis in rats showed a better inhibitory effect than A paste on anti-inflammatory effect and immunosuppressive action.A paste of Qubi analgesic gel paste with acupoint apphcation on collagen-induced arthritis in rats effect was relatively poor.
