野菊花有效组分对高血压大鼠血液流变学的影响 被引量:17

Effective Composition of Flos Chrysanthemi on Blood Hemorheology Effect in Spontaneously Hypertensive Rats

摘要 [目的]观察野菊花有效组分对自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)血液流变学的影响。[方法]采用SHR大鼠连续给药60d,末次给药后2h,毛细玻璃管眼眦取血4mL,肝素钠抗凝,采用FASCO-3010D全自动血流变仪检测6个不同切变率(200s-1、150s-1、50s-1、30s-1、3 s-1、1 s-1)下的全血粘度(ηb)、血浆粘度(ηp)。采用EHK血沉压积仪测红细胞压积(HCT);计算全血还原粘度(BRV)、红细胞聚集指数(AI)、红细胞变形指数(TK)、红细胞刚性指数(RI)、红细胞电泳时间(EI)。[结果]野菊花有效组分能降低6个不同切变率下的全血粘度(P<0.05),其中在3 s-1,1 s-1切变率时的下降效果尤为明显(P<0.01);全血还原粘度下降明显(P<0.05);红细胞压积不变,血浆粘度呈下降趋势,其中90mg.kg-1剂量组降低有显著性差异(P<0.05);降低红细胞电泳时间(P<0.05),改善红细胞聚集。[结论]野菊花有效组分能使高血压大鼠的全血粘度、血浆粘度、全血还原粘度、红细胞电泳时间均有不同程度的下降,能较好的改善的血液粘度,为心血管研究提供基础。 [Objective]To observe the effect of effective composition of Flos Chrysanthemi on the blood hemorheology in SHIk. [Methods] The SHRs were treated with effective composition of Fins Chrysanthemi containing Luteolin and Buddleoside by oral administration 60 days. At'the end of the treatment, all SHRs collected 4ml blood samples to detect blood hemorheology indicators: Whole blood viscosity(ηb) under six different Shear rates(200s^-1, 150s^-1, 50s^-1, 30s^-1, 3 s^-1, 1 s^-1), plasma viscosity(ηp). After 'testing Ematokrit, we can know reductave viscosity of whole blood(BRV), RBC aggregation index(AI), Erythrcyte deformation index(TK), Erythrocyet index of rigidity(RI), Erythrocyte electrophoresis time(EI) via corresponding formulas. [Results] This study showed this effective composition could improve blood hemorheology effect in SHR. Oraladministration of this effective compositaon at 60, 90 mg.kg^-1 inhibited ηb(P〈0.05), BRV(P〈0.05), ηp(P〈0.05), EI.Meanwhile, AI, DI, Pal, HTC had no sitificant differences existing in the control and experiment groups. [Conclusions] Effective composition of Fins Chrysanthemi could improve blood hemorheology effect markedly in SHRs.
