摘要
采用Acclaim 120 C18的高效液相色谱方法.DAD检测器多波长检测、根据保留时间定性、外标法定量,通过快速有效的洗脱方法,同时检测复方罗布麻片Ⅰ中7种化药组分(泛酸钙、维生素B6、氢氯噻嗪、硫酸双肼屈嗪、维生素B1、氯氮卓、盐酸异丙嗪)的含量.本方法在0.1—50 mg·L-1浓度范围内各组分线性良好,响应迅速,出峰时间短,检出限更低,重现性好.
An HPLC method using Acclaim 120 C18 was established. With the aid of multi-wavelength detection of DAD detector, qualitative analysis according to retention time and quantitative analysis by external standard method, a rapid and effective elution method was built, which can simultaneously detect the content of 7 chemicals in the Tablets Ⅰ(calcium pantothenate, vitamin B6, hydrochlorothiazide, dihydralazine sulfate, vitamin B1, clozapine, promethazine hydrochloride). The method has good linearity in the concentration range of 0.1—50 mg·L-1, shorter retention time, lower detection limit and good reproducibility.
