重组人心钠肽治疗老年急性心力衰竭的临床疗效分析

摘要 目的观察重组人心钠肽治疗老年急性心力衰竭的疗效。方法对到我科室就治的老年急性心力衰竭患者采取重组人心钠肽治疗,用药速率0.1 ug\(kg.min),持续泵入1小时。分别于用药前和后0.5 h、1 h、3 h和12 h测量患者的血流动力学参数并评价疗效。结果 40例患者37例有效,在用药0.5 h-3 h患者的平均肺动脉压(MPAP)和肺毛细血管楔压(PCWP)、中心静脉压(CVP)相比用药前有所降低,与治疗前及对照组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论重组人心钠肽治疗老年急性心力衰竭是一种值得推荐的方法。
