摘要
介绍了加热炉控制的发展状况,概述了模糊控制的理论知识,研究了加热炉的控制策略,并对加热炉建立模型,对此模型分别用模糊控制和PID控制进行仿真研究,提出并论证了模糊控制在加热炉控制中较好的鲁棒性和控制品质。
This paper introduces the development status of the heating furnace control,summarizes the the fuzzy control theory knowledge,and studies the furnace control strategy,and establishes the model of the heating furnace,then uses the fuzzy control and PID control to carry out the simulation study,at last puts forward and proves the good robustness and control quality of the fuzzy control in heating furnace control.
