摘要
为精确控制回转窑温度,以褐铁矿矿粉回转窑设备为研究对象,在分析模糊控制原理的基础上,结合温度模糊控制(FTC)和煤粉/送风比模糊自寻优控制(FAC)的研究,设计出模糊控制系统,找到了回转窑最佳的燃烧过程。研究结果表明:回转窑燃烧过程的模糊控制比手动控制节能10%左右,模糊控制能较精确的控制温度,并且合理可行、安全经济、高效环保。
In order to precisely control the temperature of rotary kiln, limonite ore in rotary kiln equipment as the object of study, on base of the analysis on the principle of fuzzy control, combined with study of the fuzzy temperature control (FTC) and research of the coal/air ratio fuzzy adaptive control (FAC) , fuzzy control system of rotary kiln is designed, and the best combustion process in rotary kiln is found. The results showed that the fuzzy control saves about 10% energy than manual control of combustion process of rotary kiln, which can control the temperature accurately in the whole process, and has the reasonable, feasible, safety, economical, efficient and environmental friendly advantages.
