加入WTO ,我国房地产业将不同程度地受到影响 ,总体上是利大于弊。为了尽快与全球经济接轨 ,我国房地产业要加速完善相关法律法规体系 ,调整行业政策 ;强化房地产企业竞争意识 ;
China′s entrance into WTO will have an impact on her real estate industry to various degrees, which is positive rather than negative as a whole. In order to bring it into line with the global industry, China′s real estate industry is to speed up the betterment of the system of related laws and regulations, adjust the policies of this line, sharpen the competition consciousness in the circles and accelerate the establishment of the related financial system and the market.
