免费师范生职业信念及其影响因素的调查研究——以华中师范大学为例

Investigation of Career Belief and Its Effect Factors of Free Normal Students——Taking Central China Normal University as an example

摘要 采用问卷法对华中师范大学983名免费师范生的职业信念及其影响因素进行调查分析,结果发现:①免费师范生的职业信念总体坚定,教师职业是大多数免费师范生的理想职业和价值追求;②免费师范生的职业信念主要受个性特征、国家政策、家庭、师友、生源地基础教育教师收入和经济发展现状等内外部因素的影响,其中前三者影响较大;③多数免费师范生的个性特征与教师职业相匹配并认可师范生免费教育政策,在选择教师职业时更重视成就实现、兴趣性格、工作环境、家庭维护等职业价值观。根据研究结果,为进一步引导免费师范生坚定职业信念提出四点建议。 The investigation,adopting the method of questionnaire,looks into the career belief and its effect factors of 983 free normal students in Central China Normal University.The results show that the career belief of free normal students is determined,and being teachers is the ideal career and value pursuit for most students.Meanwhile,the belief is affected by some interior and exterior factors,such as characters and personalities,national policies,family,companions,the income of teachers for the basic education in their native places,and the development of economy,and the first three play more important roles.What's more,it also reveals that most students' personalities match well with the career of teachers,and they show approval of the free education for teacher-training policy.When choosing the career of teachers,students attach more attention to work values,like their achievements,interest,working environment,duties towards their families.Based on results above,four suggestions are raised for further direction in helping free normal students keep their career belief.
