摘要
与西方社会工作主要注重个体性解困不同,中国社会工作必须关照更多层面。社会工作宏观层面要着眼于中国社会转型导致的社会结构关系变动结果,中观层面要着眼于精英主义逻辑下催生的群体功能退化,微观层面要着眼于个体孤独感升温以及脆弱群体的困难处境。相应地,各层面应该坚守的核心价值理念分别是社会结构公正、群体和谐与助人自助。社会工作问题域与核心价值理念的厘清可以提升社会建设策略的有效性。
The social work in China should consider more areas differentiating from the Western social work which only focus on the dilemma of individual level.On the macroscopical level,China social work should care about the social structures changing with the social transformation,and at middle range China social work must keep eyes on the social group functions degradation which originate from the logic of encouraging elitism.And from microcosmic point of view,China social work should concern the individual loneliness and the problems from the vulnerable groups.Correspondingly the key values for he macroscopical level,middle range and microcosmic level are the following,the social structure justice,the social group harmony and the way of helping them self-help.It can improve the efficiency of society development strategy that we specify the issues and the key values of social work.
