摘要
本文研究制备一种膨润土类建筑材料。主要工艺是将质量分数为65%的天然钠基膨润土分别与质量比为4∶1,5∶1,6∶1的凡士林和石蜡混合,经过熟化与定型,制备了(1#,2#,3#)3个建筑密封膏试样。按照相关行业标准对上述3种建筑密封膏试样在非限制状态下的一些性能进行了测试。研究结果表明:在非限制状态下,试样2h的体积膨胀率分别为159.3%、164.5%、165.2%;渗透系数分别为1.15×10-8cm/s、0.96×10-8cm/s、2.18×10-8cm/s;-18℃条件下,3个试样低温柔性好;1#,2#试样在80℃加热2h不流淌;冻融循环试验结果显示,3个试样的抗冻融性能良好。其中,2#样品的性能均能达到建筑密封材料的使用标准。
A type of nanocomposites made from bentonite for building sealants was studied in this article. After aging and stereotyping, three samples were prepared by 65% of the mass fraction of Na base bentonite mixed with vaseline and paraffin, the ratio between vaseline and paraffin were 4:1, 5:1, 6:1. Under unrestricted state, some properties of samples were investigated. The results showed that after 2 hours volume expansivities are 159.3%, 164.5%, 165.2%, with their permeability coefficients are I. 15 - 108cm/s, 0.96 - 10Scm/s, 2.18 10Scm/s respectively. All samples showed favorable low temperature flexibility at -18℃. The samples number 1# and 2# have no flowability heated at 80~C for 2 hours; Freeze-thaw cycle test showed that all the samples freeze- thaw resistance performance are good. Experimental results show that the performance of the 2 sample can be able to reach the standard of building sealant.
