膨润土应用于建筑材料的研究进展与展望 被引量:9

摘要 膨润土主要由SiO2、Al2O3和MgO等氧化物构成,其矿物成分主要为蒙脱石,由于其自身特殊的结构,具有阳离子交换性、膨胀性、吸附性、分散性、流变性、可塑性、粘结性、胶体性、触变性、耐火性和润滑性等,在建筑行业中得到广泛的应用。综述了膨润土的结构特点及其在防水材料、墙体材料、涂料、胶凝材料、砂浆与混凝土,以及新型功能材料等领域的应用现状及最新研究进展,并提出需进一步深化研究的建议,希望对发挥膨润土改性效益,拓展膨润土的应用范围有所裨益。 Bentonite is mainly composed of SiO2, AI203, MgO and other oxides,its mineral composition is montmorillonite. Due to its special structure, it has many excellent characteristics such as ion exchangeability, swelling, adsorption and dispersibility,rhe-ology, plasticity, adhesion, colloids, thixotropy, fire resistance and lubricity etc. Bentonite is used extensively in the industry of building materials. This article reviews the structural characteristics of bentonite,its application status in the field of waterproof materials,wall materials, coatings, cementitious materials,mortar and concrete,as well as novel functional materials and the latest re-search progress. At the same time,the article also suggests to further deepen the study of several proposals,hoping to be beneficial to playing bentonite's modified effective role and expanding bentonite range of applications.
