摘要
加强研究生医患沟通能力的培养,是改善医患关系、减少医疗纠纷的需要;是深入了解患者病情、实现正确诊断的需要;是提高研究生临床技能的需要。分析目前临床医学研究生医患共同能力培养的困境,提出提高研究生医患沟通能力的对策:加强综合能力培训,拓宽研究生视野;重视医德教育,建立正确的医德观念;注重人文精神培养,树立人性化服务理念;提倡换位思考,提高医学研究生综合素质。
Strengthening the cultivation of graduate students doctor - patient communication skills is the need of improving doctor - patient relationship and reducing medical disputes, also is the need of getting to know the patients＇condition and realizing the accurate diagnosis, and also is the need of improving the graduate students clinical skills. This paper analyed the current plight of cultivating the ability of clinical medical postgraduate doctor - pa- tient, proposed the countermeasures for improving student ability of doctor - patient communication ： strengthening the comprehensive ability training, broadening their horizons; attaching great importance to the medical ethics education, establishing a correct concept of medical ethics; stressing the cultivation of humanistic spirit, establishing human -oriented service idea; advocating the perspective -taking to enhance the medical graduate students comprehensive qualities.
