摘要
耳穴诊断 ,是一种具有较高临床价值的诊断方法。利用中医电脑诊断系统对 94例哮喘儿童(哮喘组 ) 和 1 0 0例非哮喘病患儿 (对照组 ) 进行耳穴诊断。结果表明 ,哮喘组较对照组内鼻、气管、肺 1、肺2、喘点 ;肾上腺、胃、大肠、结肠、直肠 ;风湿线、额等穴参数均大于 1 0 0 ,显现阳性 ,P<0 .0 1。心、神衰、咽喉等穴参数均大于 1 0 0 ,P<0 .0 5。耳穴诊断对哮喘患儿的发病和诊断有一定的应用价值。
Auricular point diagnosis is a quite valuable diagnosic method in clinic.The computer diagnosis system of diseases in TCM was used to test auricular points for 94 children with asthma and 100 children without asthma(the control group).As a result the asthma group comparing with the control group,the parameters of the auricular point interal nose,trachea,lung1,lung2,asthmatic point,adrenal,stomach,large intestine,colon,rectum;rheumatic line,rorehead were more than 100,which showed positive, P <0.01.The parameters of the heart,neurasthenia,pharynx were more than 100, P <0.05,indicating that auricular point diagnosis has practical value in diagnosis of children asthma.
